Odigo, Inc. ("Odigo") is committed to respecting and safeguarding the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy applies to our web site and to the Odigo Software. In the course of using the Odigo Software, you may choose to provide additional information to Odigo. Odigo may use the information you provide and that we collect for numerous purposes, including without limitation to improve and personalize your service. For example, the Odigo Software includes a display, in real time, of: (a) the pages most visited by users; (b) statistical information about users concerning past visits; and (c) fellow users currently located at the same page or site. Further, the data we collect may allow users to locate one another by name, gender, age, geographic location, interests, family status and occupation.
We are constantly working to improve the Odigo Software and make new services and features available to you. Odigo may, in its sole discretion, make the information you provide us and the information or data we collect available to our employees and third parties with whom we contract, including without limitation, unique identifiers, aggregate statistics, demographic, and other information about our users.
Odigo cannot guarantee that your private communications and other personally identifiable information will not be disclosed in ways not described in this Privacy Policy. It is important to note that third parties may market, provide or otherwise offer co-branded versions of the Odigo Software ("Co-branded Providers"). You can recognize these co-branded versions by the joint branding or by the "Powered by Odigo" logo that they contain. Such Co-branded Providers may have privacy policies and user agreements that differ from ours. Odigo is not responsible for the actions, practices or content of any such Co-branded Providers. Odigo cannot guarantee that Co-branded Providers will adhere to suitable privacy standards nor does Odigo accept responsibility for their policies, information practices or other actions of any such Co-branded Providers. You alone are responsible for any information that you provide to third parties, including without limitation any Co-branded Providers.
Safeguarding the security of your personal information is important to Odigo. The information that you provide to us is stored in a database within our server site, and we have security measures in place to protect this information. While we strive to protect your personal information, Odigo cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us or obtain from or through our service.
Odigo may, in its sole discretion, offer users the opportunity to access talk lines, chat rooms, forums, message boards, mailing lists, and other communication exchanges.
