IMPORTANT NOTICE
You must be 13 years or older to install and use PixVillage.
PixVillage is a community software dedicated to photo and data (including images and text) sharing between users. Not to receive unsolicited data, do not accept any PixVillage invitation request coming from users you do not already know. And keep your password safe.

BBCG SARL, the editor of the PixVillage software ("PixVillage" or "we") protects your privacy and your personal information.
Personal Information
PixVillage collects personal information when you register to PixVillage and create a user account. This information help your friends find you on the PixVillage network and share photos with you. This collected information includes: your email address, your first name, your last name and your country.
Any other PixVillage user can potentially see your first name, last name and country. This information could appear in the search results when a user uses the option ? add contact ?. BUT YOUR EMAIL CAN NOT BE SEEN BY ANY USER other than the users you have invited or that you have authorized to see your shared photos.
Any user can select the "Add Contact" option within PixVillage and search for a user in the PixVillage users database to send him/her a PixVillage invitation request. The first name, last name and country are the only information displayed in search results.
When you use PixVillage or connect to the PixVillage.com website, PixVillage automatically receives and stores information: the log of your browser, your IP address, a cookie and the web pages you request
Shared Data
When you share photos and data with other PixVillage users, you agree to let PixVillage proceed to the following operations:
A screen resolution copy (800 pixels x 800 pixels) of each of your shared photos is sent to each user you have authorized to see these photos.
Each user who have access to one of your shared photos can download a full resolution copy of this photo ("Source Request" option in PixVillage).
PixVillage stored on the PixVillage main server a thumbnail (128 pixels x 128 pixels) copy of each photo you have shared.
Any material shared with PixVillage may occasionally be monitored for the only purpose to check that it complies with the terms of the user license agreement and especially that it is not illegal or unacceptable.
Use of collected information
Your personal information will not be shared with any third party except to provide service you have requested or when we have your permission. Besides, your first name, your last name and your country could appear in the search results when a user uses the option "Add Contact".
We will not share your email address with any third party except to provide service you have requested, to occasionally send you PixVillage information or when we have your permission.
It may be necessary to share information or shared material in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situation involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violation to PixVillage end user license agreement, or as otherwise required by law.
PixVillage uses non-personal information to create statistics to analyze users behavior, to create new features or new products or to for advertising or commercial purposes. PixVillage may share this non-personal statistics with third party
Editing account information
To modify your personal information of your PixVillage account, start PixVillage, select ? Tools ? in main menu then ? Settings ?. Click on the ? I want to modify my profile ? link. For more information, see PixVillage User Guide.
