In virtue of what is set out in the Organic Law 15/1999 (13th September), of Protection of personal data, aurea webdesign Ltd, as owner of the truequi.com website, informs the user of this website of the existence of an automated file containing personal details created by aurea webdesign Ltd, and for which they are uniquely responsible, the purpose of which is to carry out the management and maintenance of the relationship with the user of the truequi.com website, as well as the tasks of information, statistics, and marketing of the service and its associated activities.

The use of the service of truequi.com implies that, once a transaction is accepted by two users, aurea webdesign Ltd must provide to them the following personal details of the other user: name, surnames, address, postcode, city and Email address. The sole purpose of sending these details will be to complete the exchange of objects previously agreed by said users, so neither aurea webdesign Ltd, neither the users themselves will be authorised to use this personal information for different purposes than those recognised, such as, among others, the sending of advertising to the other user.
aurea webdesign Ltd is only responsible for the information that it requests and obtains from the truequi.com users, it does not have responsibility, at any time, for the personal information that the truequi.com website users may give, send or provide directly.
aurea webdesign Ltd is concerned with the privacy of its users and it urges them not to provide details of a personal nature directly to other truequi.com users, since all of this information should be managed through the web service in order to guarantee the protection of the users??? details.

For the purposes of clarification and with the objective of providing the services of this website correctly, as well as to guarantee the actions to which the website is committed, the periods of automatic deletion of details are governed in accordance with the following rules:
Instantly: when the user requests the cancellation of the service and does not have any objects on their profile.
30 days from the date of the cancellation request: when the user has a positive rating and has objects on their profile.
60 days from the date of the cancellation request: when the user has a negative rating, and regardless of whether they have objects on their profile or not.
90 days from the date of the cancellation request: when the user is banned (a ban is a mechanism which does not allow a user with another nickname to use the same postal address. This postal address is blocked for any type of irregular action of said user.)

Whenever aurea webdesign Ltd asks for a user???s bank account number or credit or debit card, it will be done using encoding, and is protected by a code so that only the user has access to said personal information. The client is the only person responsible for keeping their code secret.
