Privacy Policy
Data Privacy
cellity uses the data the customer provides (e.g. form of address, name, address, email address, telephone number, telefax number, bank account, credit card data) according to the provisions of the German Data Protection Act.
The customer?s personal data are exclusively used for the execution of the contracts concluded between the parties, e.g. for accounting purposes.
cellity stores connection data (e.g. start and end of the respective connection according to date and time and, in case the fees depend on it, the transferred amounts of data, Section 96 para. 1 of the German Telecommunications Act (TKG)), which are processed in order to create itemnized bills relating to the use of certain offers on the customer?s request, no longer than six months after sending the invoice. In case the customer raises objections to the amount of the invoiced connection fees before expiration of the 6 month period, the connection data are allowed to be stored until the objections will be finally settled.
All personal data of the customer, which are transmitted to cellity, are not made available to third parties without the written consent of the customer, unless this is required by legal or regulatory authority.
After the complete execution of the contract, the customer?s data, which are to be stored for legal reasons, will be blocked. These data will not be available any more for further processing. Furthermore, these personal data will be deleted unless the customer explicitly agreed with the further processing and use of his data. This consent can be revoked at any time.
