ArenAsia was created to make it easy to share information with your business partners and associates. We understand you may not want anyone to have access to the data you share on ArenAsia; that is why we give you full control of your information and privacy settings. Our default privacy settings limit the information displayed in your profile to other members and non-members visiting the site. Any sensitive information that you provide will be secured with all industry standard protocols and technology
ArenAsia will not sell, trade, give, etc., any information from you to any third party, without your express permission. The data that we collect is not mined or used by a third party for marketing purposes in any way.

Information that we gather from you
At the time you become a Registered User of the Site, you will be asked to complete a registration form which requires you provide information such as your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information. In addition for the ArenAsia Services to function, you need to choose a user name and password. Your password and/or your email address are never visible to any ArenAsia Member at any time. ArenAsia shall never disclose or pass your password and/or email address on to any third party.
You may provide additional information in the Profile section such as a photo, describing your skills, professional experiences, and networking objectives. Providing additional information beyond what is required at registration is entirely optional, but enables you to better identify yourself and find new opportunities.
When you use ArenAsia, you may set up your personal profile, form business relationships, send messages, perform searches and queries, form groups, set up events, add applications, and transmit information through various channels. We collect this information so that we can provide you the service and offer personalized features.
In order to invite others to connect with you directly at ArenAsia, you will enter their names and email addresses. This information will be used by ArenAsia to send your invitation including a default message. The names and email addresses of people that you invite will be used only to send your invitation and reminders.
By entering ArenAsia, we collect your browser type and IP address. This information is gathered for all ArenAsia visitors. In addition, we store certain information from your browser using "cookies." A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. We use session ID cookies to confirm that users are logged in. These cookies terminate once the user closes the browser. By default, we use a persistent cookie that stores your login ID (but not your password) to make it easier for you to login when you come back to ArenAsia. You can remove or block this cookie using the settings in your browser if you want to disable this convenience feature.
Information that we share
We will only share your personal information with third parties to carry out your instructions and to provide specific services. For instance, we use a credit card processing company to bill users for subscription fees. We may use your Registration Information to provide services that you request or to contact you regarding additional services about which ArenAsia determines that you might be interested. We may generate reports and analysis based on the Registration Information for internal analysis, monitoring and marketing decisions.

We reserve the right to disclose your Collected Information to relevant authorities where we have reason to believe that such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be infringing or threatening to infringe, or who may otherwise be causing injury to or interference with, the title, rights, interests or property of ArenAsia, our users, customers, partners, other web site users or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
ArenAsia contains links to other sites. ArenAsia is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
Security
We employ commercially reasonable security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure correct use of information. We recommend that you do not divulge your Password to anyone. Our personnel will never ask you for your Password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited e-mail. If you share a computer with others, you should not choose to save your log-in information (e.g., User ID and Password) on the computer. Remember to sign out of your Account and close your browser window when you have finished your session.

Under age
The Site and its contents are not intended to be targeted to minors under applicable law and we do not intend to sell any of our products or services to people under the age of 18.
