This is the privacy policy of Maid Marian Entertainment Inc. and applies to all of the websites on which it appears. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We may change this policy at any time. Please check it whenever you return to the site. We will treat your continued use of our websites as acceptance of these changes from their effective date as shown above. Information Collection and Use
Maid Marian Entertainment collects personal information when you register with MaidMarian.com, when you use Maid Marian Entertainment products or services, and when you visit MaidMarian.com pages or the pages of certain Maid Marian Entertainment partners.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, zip code etc. Once you register with Maid Marian Entertainment and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
Maid Marian Entertainment collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners.
Maid Marian Entertainment automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Maid Marian Entertainment cookie information, and the page you request.
Some of our games allow player to player communication through chat features imbedded in the games. For the protection of your privacy, we recommend that you do not provide personal information to other users via the chat features of the games.

Maid Marian Entertainment gathers user information to provide you with a customized experience on our sites. Your user information helps us tailor the content, services, goods and advertising to your current and future needs. For this reason, if you are 13 or older we will ask you to provide personal information when you first sign-up for games on MaidMarian.com. This personal information includes email, a user selected character name and password. If you choose not to register, you may not have access to areas that require personal identification.

Privacy of Minors and Children
We are committed to comply with the requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (???COPPA???). COPPA defines a "Child" as anyone under the age of 13. Children are not eligible to use the site unsupervised. If you are under the age of 13, you may only use this site in conjunction with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians. Internet safety experts have advised that children do not fully appreciate the risk of providing too much personal information online or communicating with strangers they encounter online.
While we appreciate that children may want to use our websites, we urge parents to instruct their children not to lie about their age so as to be able to use our websites before they are old enough. We want to remind parents that they need to spend time with their children and take an active role in their safety online and offline. They should work to help teach them not to give out their real names, addresses or phone numbers, without permission, when using the Internet.
Each game includes an easily accessible Terms of Use / Rules of Conduct screen that contains the following Rules of Conduct for the game. Before starting the game, you will be asked to confirm that you are over the age of 13 and that you agree to the Terms of Service. If you decline the Rules of Conduct or Terms of Use, you will still be able to play the game however all player to player chat features will be disabled.

To keep the multiplayer games on MaidMarian.com safe and enjoyable for everyone, you must obey the following Rules of Conduct:
1. MaidMarian.com is not intended for users under the age of 13 without adult supervision.
2. You must not use any language or choose a Player Name which may be considered by others to be offensive, racist or obscene.
3. You must not use the chat to harass, threaten, scam or deceive other players.
4. You must NOT tell other players personal information, not even if they claim to be staff of MaidMarian.com
5. You must not tell anyone your real name, email address, home address, messenger handle or phone number.
6. You must not choose a Player Name that impersonates MaidMarian.com staff or other users, or which is deliberately confusing.
7. Chatting of a sexual nature or ???cybering??? is strictly forbidden in any of the games on MaidMarian.com.
We cannot guarantee that chat messages will not contain content that is inappropriate or offensive.
Other Information and Cookies
We use cookies, collect and store IP-addresses, alphanumeric IDs and other unique identifiers in order to identify specific computers that access our websites. Cookies are small text-only files that a website transfers onto your hard drive that assist us in providing our services. Most major websites use cookies. Cookies cannot be used by themselves to identify you.
We periodically generate and store logs indicating usage of our websites such as activity in our games and public and private chat communications.
