You can de-activate your account for any reason at any time and we will delete all of your personally identifiable information from our servers. Inform you when other members of the Cake Financial community are buying and selling stocks you own
Match you with investors; and
Develop new services.
Account Creation Information
To create an account you are required to provide the following contact information:

First name and last name
Additional Personal Information You Provide or Direct Us to Collect from Others to Use the Service
We also collect personal information from you in two other general ways:
personal information you directly provide or input as you use the Cake Financial Service; and
personal information we gather with your permission from third party Websites and Internet services that you register on the Cake Financial Service.
For example, once you are a Cake Financial user, you may provide additional personal information such as education level, investment strategy, and stock symbols to utilize the Cake Financial Service. And, if you register your brokerage account through the Cake Financial Service, the Service will collect the transactional information regarding your brokerage account to display it to you on the Cake Financial Website. This information may include your current holdings, and your past and future transactions, to name a few.
In our Terms of Service, we refer to information you provide to us through your use of the Service as "Submissions" and you grant Cake Financial a license to this information. Cake Financial limits its use of your personal investment information to the purposes for which it has been collected and as we describe in this Policy. Except as necessary to carry out your requests, Cake Financial does not use this information except on an aggregate basis where you are not identified.
Cake Financial empowers you with insights into your investment information and enables you to connect with other investors. The Service enables you to directly connect by providing the names and email addresses of others whom you would like to invite to the Service. This information is used only to send your invitation and reminders and it will be deleted after 120 days.
A Word About Public Profiles. Our public profile feature allows you to publish portions of your Cake Financial profile, including your member screen name but NOT your email address to the public. You have the ability to choose which personal information about you may be viewed by others. The account settings tools and controls enable you to manage access to your personal information, portfolio information, your network and contacts, and similar items including any commentary you may have posted or to which you have responded. Sharing or Disclosure. Within Cake Financial and, among our affiliates and with certain partners, there are times when we might want to disclose nonpublic personal information you provide to us in limited ways.
