Using Instant Support from GTV's Websites
When a visitor to our website accesses our Instant Support services, they initiate an instant messaging session with one of our live operators. The session will involve questions and answers between the visitor and the live operator. GTV maintains transcripts of the dialogue during the session. The transcripts are used by GTV to assist the operator in addressing the questions by the visitor and directing that visitor to the appropriate person within GTV to answer specific questions the visitor may have.
