Privacy Statement
Delver Communications Ltd. ("Delver", formerly known as Semingo Ltd.) has a strong commitment to protect the privacy of the users and to protect personal information of our visitors and users. This Privacy Policy statement aims to ensure the protection of privacy of our visitors and users.

Information Gathered Using Delver Services
Delver collects Personally Identifying Information in the course of the use of the Services about Visitors and registered Users to improve the performance of the Services, ensure the quality of the Services and enrich the offerings of Services available to Delver's customers. In the process of registration, You are required to provide Personally Identifying Information, including, but not limited to, first and last name, email address, password, country of origin and other identifying information. Delver automatically collects information from multiple sources to present an aggregated search result regarding people and their content and web presence. Delver does not monitor, control, edit or manipulate any of the collected information and presents it ???As-Is??? in the form of aggregated profile. Delver is not responsible for the information which is presented at these sources and does not control the disclosure of any information, Personally Identifying or Anonymous, which is made available by these sources. In a case that Personally Identifying Information is published in any of these sources, You may contact the source to request to remove, edit, update, change or delete this information, all according to the law and the set policies of the information source. Note, Delver has no technological capability, legal right or ability to remove, edit, update, change or delete any information at the source.
Delver may also receive Personally Identifying Information about You from other sources, such as public information archives, all according to the law and the terms of these archives.
User Profile
A user profile, which includes the aggregated information about a person, may be un-edited, because it is automatically generated from multiple sources and presented in response to a search request; or may be manually edited and improved by the rightful owner of the profile, following a Claim of a Profile Procedure (more information about this procedure can be found in section 2.4 regarding Claiming a Profile in the Terms of Use).
Delver aims to enable people to present the aggregated existing information about themselves in a single web profile and wishes to provide maximum level of control for Users regarding the type, form and content of the information presented in their profile and to control the selective disclosure of the information to others.
Delver may enable the rightful owner of a profile to edit his or her profile in future versions of the Services. Delver may also offer the User, in future versions of the Services, to remove, edit, change, update or delete the information either by using the website interface or via e-mail, requesting the User to contact Delver and detail the request, if the website interface is not available for this type of request, at that time or in that version. Please note, that the Web is constantly changing and Your publicly available information may be acquired again by the search engine crawlers without Delver's knowledge.
Delver may enable Users to choose whether to selectively present the information, a particular information field or a specific class of data parameters, to certain groups or classes of visitors, Users or people within the User???s personal network or a group of people within. The selection shall be done by the User in a privacy setting process and according to his or her choice, following the selective disclosure options which may be available in future versions of the Services. Please note, that when You choose to present the information in a public post or link in the Website or without disclosure limitations, your information will be openly shared with others.
Use of Collected Information
Delver has a strong commitment not to sell or rent your Personally Identifying Information to others. With Your specific permission and authorization, Delver may use Your provided credentials, such as username and password, to log-in into third parties services, such as web portals, and automatically extract and gather information about You that is presented to You in these services, including, but not limited, to, Your posted information, related information and list of friends of contacts within Your network. Your credentials will not be saved or collected and will only serve to log-in on Your behalf. This automated extraction is done in order to ease Your use of the Services and enrich the offering to You in the Services. The use of the extracted information will be subject to the specific privacy setting set by the User and in no case the extracted information will be displayed publicly without Your prior specific authorization.
Delver may provide Your Personally Identifying Information to third party service providers who work for Delver or operate some of its functionalities or its related services or communication with Users, such as customer service desk or credit card processing, to operate these services and communication. These third parties service providers do not have independent right to share Your Personally Identifying Information and are bound by this Privacy Policy.
You may be able to register to receive updates and promotions or site surveys. The contact information You submit will not be used for these purposes unless You specifically opt in.
Personally Identifying Information about the Users will not be used for any purpose which is unrelated to the use of the Services or to related services, unless specifically authorized by You.
Delver may use the collected information about Your browser, operating system or other technical details of Your usage to improve Your experience with the Services. Delver may further use the collected Anonymous Information (non-identifying information) about usage patterns, time of usage and form of usage, to improve the experience and to be able to improve Delver's offering of Services to users.
Delver reserves the right to use and disclose, in its sole discretion, Anonymous Information about Visitors and Users to third parties, including advertisers and partners, in order to target advertisement and information presented to You. Anonymous Information disclosure in this regard may also include selective disclosure of search terms and socio-demographic information, as long as it does not explicitly reveal Personally Identifying Information.
Transfer of Personally Identifying Information in Business Transition
If Delver, in the future, will go through business transition such as a merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your Personally Identifying Information may be among the assets transferred. You expressly acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Delver or its assets may continue to use Your Personally Identifying Information as set forth in this Policy. Data and Information Security
Delver is committed to protect the security of its Users??? data and information and takes reasonable measures available to assure data and information security. Access to Personally Identifying Information will be protected and controlled by password and restricted permissions. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure and Delver cannot guarantee its absolute security. By using the Services, You expressly agree that Delver will not be liable for any third party action, misuse, abuse or infringement of data and information security.

Use of Metadata
Delver may use the metadata, including, but not limited to, tags, search history, links, comments, posts and clickstrems, which is created in the process of using the Services to enrich User's experiences and provide Users and affiliates with useful information, in accordance with this Policy. Delver may use this collected information for targeted advertisement services and contextualized placement of advertisement or sponsored content. However, search history information may be shared with third parties only in its anonymous form (i.e. the Anonymous Information) and without disclosing any Personally Identifying Information which is associated with or related to this information.
Children's Privacy
Delver is committed to protect children???s privacy and to follow the laws, regulations and guidelines in regard to children's privacy. Delver is committed to follow the guidelines established by the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. In accordance, Delver???s Services are not available to children under the age of 13 and children under the age of 13 are illegible to register for the Services. Delver will never knowingly accept or solicit Personally Identifying Information from a User known to be under the age of thirteen (13). If you have concerns regarding children under the age of 13 using the Services or deprived of their privacy, please contact Delver at info@delver.com and Delver is committed to act immediately to answer your concern.
