Protection of Personal Information
Some information provided while using this server or the products and services of GRISOFT, s.r.o., head office in Brno, Lidick� 956/31, IČ 44017774, and recorded in the commercial register at the Regional Court in Brno, section C, insert 3681 (hereinafter "GRISOFT, s.r.o."), may be considered personal pursuant to Statute No. 101/2000 of the Czech Republic Code - the Protection of Personal Information Act, as amended (hereinafter the "Act"). GRISOFT, s.r.o. fully complies with this Act and expends the maximum effort to protect such personal information.
Using registration information:
* Registration requires some pertinent information to be entered in order to facilitate communication with our customers.

Every registered customer may choose not to receive such information from GRISOFT, s.r.o. by replying to any message to that effect.
* All information acquired from users (customers) will be used solely for GRISOFT, s.r.o. purposes. GRISOFT, s.r.o. does not sell, lease, rent or make such information otherwise available to third parties.
* GRISOFT, s.r.o. will expend the maximum effort to protect users' information against misuse and will refrain from disclosing such information to third parties. This obligation does not extend to information requested by Czech law enforcement agencies or other government agencies in accordance with the law.
Rights of users of this server and of the products and services of GRISOFT, s.r.o.
The law states that every user (customer) who has provided personal information to GRISOFT, s.r.o. may ask GRISOFT, s.r.o. in writing to advise of any and all information processed about him or her by the same. |
