バージョン 2.2

  • MS Outlook 2000 またはそれ以降のアドレスブックのインポート機能が追加されました。この機能を提案して下さったRichard Mills氏 およびJohn Faulkner氏 に感謝します。Richard Mills氏 からはこの機能の開発にあたり多くの支援を受けました。)
  • "空かどうか" および"空でない" フィルタのサポートが追加されました。これにより送信元または件名行が空の場合、スパムとしてマークすることができます。 (この機能を提案してくださったDoug Haworth氏 に感謝します。)
  • 送り返しや削除を複数選択した後、グリッドのフォーカスが次のヘッダーにとどまるためのサポートが追加されました。
  • 複数のメール選択メニュー アイテムが電子メール メニューに追加されました。
  • 丸括弧で囲まれた (x.x.x.x) 、または囲まれていない x.x.x.x. 複数のIPを検出します。
  • パスワードが長すぎる場合に発生していた"Invalid Base64 Character"の問題が修正され、最大79バイト長まで利用できるようになりました。 (この問題を見つけて下さったnextEDGE Technology社 に感謝します。)
  • フォーマットのため、リレイIPとして検出できなかった幾つかのIPの問題が解決されました。
  • OSシャットダウン時にROI時間が正しく保存できなかった問題が解決されました。
  • いくつかのダイアログ(例えばDNSBLダイアログなど)が開いている場合にメールチェックが衝突してしまう問題が解決されました。 (この問題を見つけて下さった Tim Keech氏 に感謝します。)
  • Chrysanth Mail Manager をトレイに置いたままOSをシャットダウンした場合に引き起こされる問題が解決されました。
  • 最初のフィルタ状態が削除された後の問題が解決されました。ダイアログを閉じる前にCC、宛先、送信元などに変更されても、フィールド部分が常に件名として記録されます。
  • パフォーマンスが少し改善されました。
  • DNS IPを割り当てているDHCPサーバ検出時の問題が解決されました。Chrysanth Mail Manager は、潜在的にDHCPサーバのIPをデフォルトDNSサーバIPとして利用します。(この問題を見つけ、さらに解決のために支援して頂いたDonald Harriman氏に感謝します。)

バージョン 2.1

  • DNSサーバの設定をローカルでまず検索する機能が追加されました。DNS サーバの設定が利用できない場合、パブリックのDNSサーバのみを使用します。
  • 自動プロセス中にもお友達メール通知トレイアイコンは終了しなくなりました。 (この機能を提案して頂いた John Shaffer 氏に感謝します。)
  • メール ログに送信元への通知機能が追加され、アクシデントにより削除されたメールの通知メールを送信することができます。 (この機能を提案して頂いた Mark Nathan 氏に感謝します。) 
  • メールチェック機能のための旧CTRL-Mは、F5に変更されました。
  • ボディ部が空(NULL)のメッセージをダウンロードした再の"最大長を超過しました" に関する問題が解決されました。
  • Chrysanth Mail Manager が手動での終了ではなく、システムのシャットダウンにより終了する場合に設定が正しく保存されない問題が解決されました。
  • コンテンツのダウンロード中にメール ビューアを閉じてもエラーが発生しなくなりました。
  • すべての登録されたユーザは、CSMailManager.zipではなく、Setup.exe を利用するよう変更されました。ユーザはソフトウェアを一旦展開する必要はなくなりました。(この有効なトリックを提案して頂いたIan Green氏に感謝します。)

Version 2.0

  • Adds Startup Wizard to help new users get started.
  • Adds portable support, which means users can now copy Chrysanth Mail Manager onto a thumb drive and create an empty file named "Portable.cssw" without the quotes in the same folder, so that Chrysanth Mail Manager will record all settings on the same thumb drive.
  • Adds Hashcash support. (Special thanks to Adam Back from Hashcash.org for his assistance and passion in promoting this great anti spam/ junk mail protocol.)
  • Adds new function to view header in Notepad without downloading from mail server again. (Special thanks to Ian Green for suggesting this feature.)
  • Adds new features to mark all mail headers to be deleted or bounced, multi select mail headers to be deleted or bounced. (Special thanks to Mike Porter, Nigel Caldwell, Ian Green and Jerry A. Bagley for suggesting this feature.)
  • Now the mail verification process against external DNSBL servers are much faster due to addition of 2 more worker threads.
  • Now scheduled mail check will not start if mail verification due to previous mail check session is still in progress. (Special thanks to Rod Willmot and Peter Markham for suggesting this feature.)
  • Adds new feature to Friend list or Blacklist domain and email from mail log. (Special thanks to Randy Allgood for suggesting this feature.)
